iLab SOS Repair 60-Mins Algae Gel Serum Mask

I spent a full week on beach vacation recently. I was out by the pool and ocean almost every day under strong sun. Even with sunscreen on, my face still felt hot and tight after long hours in the sun. I tried this iLab SOS sheet mask in the evening.
It’s this jelly‑like mask, fits my face really well. I left it on for a long time. My heated, sun‑irritated skin calmed down right away. All that uncomfortable redness faded a lot. My skin felt soft and full of moisture afterwards. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy at all. It’s super gentle, works great when your skin is upset from too much sun. This mask has become my must‑have item for every beach trip.

I used this after spending most of the day outside, when my face felt hot, dry and a little tight. The gel mask felt cool right away and stayed in place without sliding down. After taking it off, my skin looked calmer and felt noticeably softer and more hydrated, but not sticky. I’d definitely pack another one for my next beach trip.

I used this after a long beach day when my face felt hot and tight and looked noticeably red around my cheeks and nose. I had already applied moisturizer, but my skin still felt uncomfortable, so I decided to try this mask before bed.

The algae gel material feels completely different from a regular cotton sheet mask. It was cool and soothing as soon as I put it on, and it held a lot of serum without dripping everywhere. It can slide slightly during the first few minutes, so I found it easier to lie down while wearing it. Once it settled, it fitted closely around my face and felt very comfortable.

What impressed me most was how the gel sheet gradually became thinner during the 60-minute treatment. It actually felt like the serum was being absorbed into my skin instead of drying on the surface or being pulled back into the mask. When I removed it, there wasn’t a heavy, sticky layer left behind.

My skin looked visibly less red and felt much cooler, softer, and more hydrated immediately afterwards. The tight, overheated feeling from being in the sun had also settled down. By the next morning, my skin still felt calm and plump rather than dry or rough. This is definitely a mask I would keep for beach trips, outdoor sports, or whenever my skin needs more than basic hydration.

A friend gave it to me as a gift and I absolutely loved how it made my skin feel.

This 60-minute mask feels like a full spa treatment. My skin was red and dry from too much sun, but after using this, it felt calm, plump, and super hydrated. It’s now part of my weekly recovery routine!
